Krump

Krump aint dead!!!
Is Krump really not dead?
I guess that's the question that has been raised highly this year. Judging from the looks of things, even the best krumpers in the game such as
Xtreme Movement, Impact and Street Kingdom don't have high views of uploaded videos on YouTube as they used to do from previous years.

The thing with Krump dancing is that the dance itself cannot be cloned like other hip hop dances such as ' the dougie' which has a bit of choreography from other dances.
Krump will forever have a new generation of Krump and by that I mean the term 'new generation' is the age groups such as 7 years old that are doing the dance.

In South Africa there are three leading capital cities of Krump; J-sec (Johannesburg), Dbn (Durban) and Cap City (Cape Town). All of which the Krump crew
300cru has built some sort of influence, such as the 'swag movement' to be specific, for this dance to be considered dead is more or less having people saying “there is no such thing as God or Jesus Christ to many believers”. Krump is basically another form of prayer as a lot of people praise the Lord, within the dance itself.

The downfall of the dance these days is that it lacks foundation.
Respect for veterans in the dance game is really crucial as a lot of newcomers try to make their mark by call-out battles against the guys who've made their name in the game. It leaves the audience with questions such as “who is the best or is this truly Krump?’

But then again we have the uphill of it, crews like Xtreme Movement & Impact(both from the U.S) are highly aware & taking their hats off to  South African crews like 300cru, with pushing the Street Kingdom movement (USA) and Street Madness & Kornerstone Fam for what they about. For any krumper in South Africa they truly know
it’s an honour to be given such credits from the people who are well known for Krumpin.

In conclusion, the moral of the story with a few correctional mistakes that have been made in Krump dances, is that it can go further than where it is in South Africa with unity.
Unity really plays a big role for it to been seen more in public,  especially if we have crews doing something great in the small industry South Africa has to offer.
